Venue Hire

Excellent facilities are available for use, including big screen Sky Sports TV, full cash bar available with EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard facilities open from 3.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays each week, pool table, wooden dance floor. Lots of off-street parking. Panoramic views of all greens, surrounds, and rose gardens from the clubhouse.
Although the Club's bowling programme mostly takes priority as regards the use of the greens and clubhouse, the clubhouse area is spacious and available for hire. Hireage possibilities are endless and only limited to your own imagination. An on-site caterer available (refer the RAWHITI FUNCTION MENU below). Kitchen access is only available if the hirer utilises our on-site caterer. Please contact Amy on 0800 200 500 or email amy@coolfood.co.nz. Note: if the Hirer and Hirer's guests are non-club members, a special licence will need to be obtained from the Auckland City Council prior to your event. Processing time of this application is 25-40 working days - cost to Hirer is $64.40 non-refundable fee. A non-refundable venue hire deposit of $100.00 plus GST is required to secure all venue hire bookings. Standard bar hours at the Club are 3.00 - 6.30 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays each week. Casual use of greens and BBQ outside these hours, will attract bar staffing costs.
